Meet Dan and Sara Fessler
Dan and Sara Fessler are Unite’s founders and leaders. They love God and all people, always honored and desiring to express Jesus’ love and hope with everyone. Also, they how the Holy Spirit has brought them together to share fresh wisdom and revelation together.
When they’re not leading or teaching, Dan and Sara appreciate spending time at the beach. Dan avidly champions the Memphis Tigers and the Philadelphia Eagles, often using sports analogies in his messages. Sara is a voracious reader, savors travel and new adventures, writing, and walking their rescue dog, Emmie (@everyone.loves.emmie).
Emmie was an answer to Sara’s seven year prayer for a dog, despite Dan’s apprehensions. God was faithful to Sara, after all, and brought Dan laughter.
Dan Fessler
Dan is a gifted teacher, encourager, and visionary leader. He helps people discover their God-given identity, purpose, and potential, equipping them to step into the fullness of life God created for them. With a mix of wisdom, humor, and insight, Dan makes biblical truth relatable and inspiring for everyone he meets.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in education and social sciences from the University of Memphis. While he initially planned to teach in a classroom, God redirected his passion toward sharing biblical truth on a global scale. Despite ministering to countless people worldwide, Dan finds his greatest joy in connecting one-on-one to equip and encouraging others. He is passionate about ensuring that Biblical truths are accessible to everyone and God is perceived accurately.
Currently, Dan is sharing his extensive wisdom on his podcast, “Moments of Truth”, which are bite-sized clips to share the gospel in an approachable and easy to understand way.
After his love for God, Dan loves enjoying walks, nature and long talks with Sara.

Sara Fessler
Sara is a dynamic leader and creative communicator with a deep passion for justice and God’s presence. She desires for everyone to experience God’s lovingkindness, joy, and transformative power. As a hungry woman of prayer, Sara loves spending time in God’s presence and people encounter God in an special, personal way. Sara graduated from The Lawrenceville School and later earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Colgate University. Moved with compassion for the defenseless, she graduated Widener School of Law with her J.D. Before God called her into full-time ministry, Sara had a diverse range of corporate jobs.
Sara carries the heart of God desiring to simply love God and others, worship Him, and hungers for the Word. She is a visionary leader, cheerful encourager, and has never met a stranger. After her bookshelves began overflowing with journals, she finally started sharing her writing with others. She loves to share relatable, stories with humorous illustrations about her journey with God. Check out her articles here.
Above ministry, Sara cherishes her marriage to Dan, Emmie (her biggest follower), and time tucked away in the secret place.
